The story of the NPAA leaders is about the business trip to China. It is not only rich in content and constructive but is written in rich literary language. The authors compare different aspects of valve factories' organization in Russia and in China and look for the reasons of booming development of the Chinese industry. The main reason for more rapid development of the Chinese valve industry rather than Russian one – is the powerful support received by manufacturers from the Chinese government. Such is the resume of the authors and they call to the Russian authorities to follow the eastern neighbour.
